Within all of these challenges/problems/issues though I have been realising in recent times about how important it is for us all to instigate Self Care. We can all be "the one who helps" but we can become that person so much and to the exclusion of everything that we lose ourselves and our centre in the process.

Part of the therapy process may require changes to be made within lifestyle and work choices to enable change to occur. Therapy can be part of a multifaceted approach and requires both my support, your ability to change as well as giving yourself the open mind to work toward balance and harmony.
